RETURNS
There are NO returns on worn, washed or altered items. Jewelry, scarves, accessories, hats or handbags. Any discounted items including all sales and promotional sale items. All custom made or personalized items.
Custom made personalized items:
Measurements taken by you and submitted to us may not be accurate and can cause fit issues with items made. If fit issues arise with measurements taken by us we will fix or exchange item. Personalized items are not refundable for obvious reasons.
We inspect ALL returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse based on the returned condition. Items that do not meet our criteria are subject to denial.
Defective goods:
If you receive an item that is defective you must contact us within 3 business days from the date you receive your product by email with a photo attached of the defect.
We are not responsible for any damages occurred in transit.
Please email Bellz Couture at info@bellzcouture.net regarding any exchanges prior to shipping. We suggest that items be sent back USPS, UPS, or FedEX along with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. Once your package is received, please allow 2 business days for return processing. When your return is processed, you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping charges.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do! We ship nation-wide as well as internationally.
How do I return an item?
Send us an email at info@bellzcouture.net within 7 days of arrival with your order number and name and we'll send you a return form to fill out and send along with your return. We advise using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Our shipping cost is based order by order. After your order is complete, the check out process will generate a total.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery, depending on the complexity of the garment. We try to ship out the next day
